Rather than an hourly wage, I would propose to agree on a fixed fee per video. That way, you will have full pricing transparency. The proposed bid of 20 USD / hour is for orientation. The delivery timeframe will obviously depend on the length of the videos. For example, a transcription of 20 min video could be delivered within a max of 3 days.
