Need copy of website

I need a copy of the following website: [login to view URL] I need the website to be built in Spanish. I will provide the translation and all text to be used on the website. I will require that the provider be able to upload the website to my hosting company at the conclusion of the project. Payment will be at the conclusion of the project.
