Facebook Ads Expert Needed - Need to scale up fast!

Hello, I am on the hunt for a seriously good Facebook Ads expert. I've been running my Facebook Ads campaign for the past 6 months, and we've spent around 30K and returned 250K in revenue, without doing anything fancy like re-targeting or look alike audiences, this is just cold traffic conversions. However we decided to swap our website over with a much more prettier, more beautiful and feature full website which in effect actually reduced the conversions by a solid 40-70% - as devastating as that is, we have to revert back to our old site. My goal is to harness the 30K ad spend data, and grow those Ads that have been running since the beginning. Currently we have been spending $350 a day to get in return 40-50 sales. I'm looking to grow the daily sales to 120~ as fast as possible, if that means raising my budget or create tons of different ads, whatever it takes to get their, I'd like to get their urgently. Now I am looking for someone who knows their stuff with Facebook, and knows how to say critique my new website to explain why it converts much worse then my very basic old site. (Maybe the expression "pretty sites don't sell" comes into play here). I'm also looking for someone to share with me their knowledge on Facebook Ads, as being the business owner I find online marketing an interesting field I'd like to learn more about, however my business doesn't have the time to wait for me to learn this field, so I am in need of hiring the best of the best at Facebook to cut back time and get those results urgently. I think this will be quite an interesting job for whoever works on it with me, as their is a interesting response/trend happening in my Adverts. I'm looking to first start up with a brief message chat, just so I can get to know your style, just a few messages. Then we can move onto a Skype call, we can suss out whether we are good for each other or not, if so, we can move onto making the magic happen.
