Refurbishment of an Excel Investment Planning application

My existing, Excel Financial Planning and simulations application is operational and runs on a Windows desktop as a stand alone. It requires to be cleaned up and to be make more professional looking. This Excel application must be more intuitive and get a better user interface (look and feel). Doesn’t use any scripting language except Excel formulas. The employer must be able to maintain this afterwards. Only people that have highly developed Excel skills, in-depth understanding of financials, and be familiar with different aspects of investing needs to apply. Must also be able to reverse engineer the current Excel application. Must fully understand the Scope attached. Will ask for references and similar examples of your complex Excel calculators previously developed (by the freelancer). For example, must be able to understand and evaluate the meaning of the following scenario: What if I buy more shares, reduce my time till retirement, increase my contributions to my Superannuation by selling shares, randomised (or MonteCarlo) growth, increase/decrease investment properties versus increase/decrease share portfolio size, when can I best afford to retire, cashflow/wealth/spendable income 10 years before and 10 years after retirement. Is my net wealth increasing or decreasing and what should I do different? There are 2 supplementary documents: a. Outline of what is expected of this project, the Scope and expected features b. Screen shots and partial description of the current Excel spreadsheet Once I selected 3 people, I will give a more detailed document with screen shots. A NDA will be signed before I release my Excel application to the final bidder.
