3. Regressional analysis to find:

1. How each parameter in (2) correlates with (1) number of colivings

4. (TBD) Make a list of 10 U.S. cities

* With highest ‘x’ for each parameter in (2)

* So, highest population city, second highest, etc

* Then most densely populated, second most...

* Ect, until all parameters are exhausted
