Responsibilities:
Enter data from disparate data sources ([login to view URL], email, spread sheet, etc.) and enter into an internal and/or client systems
Review and audit construction Invoices based on photos
Audit completed projects for proper invoice paperwork (i.e. permit documents, photos and approval signatures) - prepare invoices for submission to clients
Support Account Management Teams with general project management tasks (creating new bid request from email requests, populating status updates between systems)
Take directions and then work independently
Requirements
MS Word skills
MS Excel skills
MS Outlook skills
30 WPM (accurately)
Finished work will be 100 % error free and in required format.
I have extensive knowledge of data mining and MS Excel along with MS Word & PowerPoint . So rest assured your project is in good hands.
5 years experience in doing projects in MS-Word , Powerpoint and Excel .
