eCommerce and Fulfillment Manager

We are a 20+ year old company who specializes in creation and fulfillment of bulk custom apparel and promotional products for collegiate organizations across the USA.

Our new eCommerce website focuses on the individual sale, and we are looking for the right people to take our website, [url removed, login to view] from its current "85% completed" status to "live and launched."

Once we launch, additional personnel will be needed to continue to manage and grow the website.

Here is a listing of the responsibilities and qualifications we are looking for...

WEBSITE

Manage existing Shopify website and optimize site performance in regards to user experience.

Adding new products.

Updating products from suppliers and removing old products from the front end.

Making minor adjustments to Website (adding banners, etc...)

Collaborate with creative designers, customer service and marketing to develop and implement, online sales, content initiatives, social media campaigns and merchandising initiatives to drive sales and strengthen customer relationships.

Ensure overall on-line product presentation, including images, copy content and other pertinent information is cohesive with our overall merchandising strategy.

Monitors and helps optimize internal site search; including developing processes and strategies for best practices utilizing analytics.

Ability to learn and understand quickly the processes and procedures for inputting, importing and exporting data with Shopify e-commerce platform.

FULFILLMENT

Create scheduling so that orders from each fulfillment location batch out on a specific schedule for processing.

Create protocol manage order batching processes with as much automation as possible.

Update product database with batch scheduling information.

Integrate our systems with a fulfillment company for all products that cannot be fulfilled by the manufacturer.

Grouping and categorizing merchandise as needed to sell on-line.

MARKETING

Communicate with the CEO on new marketing ideas including social media, emails, upsells and cross-sells.

Develop and execute online promotional schedule.

Identify and leverage current and new leading edge ecommerce trends and technologies (e.g. social networking, affiliate marketing, mobile applications, etc) to develop and execute an effective ecommerce strategy.

Utilize internal and external channels to promote traffic to the online store.

Plan and execute promotional emails and marketing initiatives to increase customer conversion.

Identify opportunities for new marketing tactics, technologies, site-conversion functionality and improved user experience.

A knowledge of best practices so that SEO can be outsourced in a ROI-effective manner.

SYSTEMS CREATION AND OPTIMIZATION

Formulate and implement systems, policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of business. Continually improve and automate systems.

Create and document SOP's and processes for common tasks.

GROWTH MANAGEMENT

Scaling our people and processes to meet the ever growing needs of our business.

Identifying repetitive jobs that can be outsourced and create documentation so that we can continuously scale out our operations in an efficient manner.
