Before I tell you my qualifications, I'd like to know the purpose of your e-book. Do you need a sales brochure that provides your background and approach and sells your services to potential clients? Or do you want a guide that would be given to clients who purchase your services?
I've quoted $250 because, although you've provided a great deal of background, either of these assignments will take time to sort through, identify the "selling points" and write original text that either sells your services to potential clients or serves as a guide for existing clients.
My background is marketing communications, so I have extensive experience in writing copy that sells. I am a native English speaker -- born and lived my entire life in the U.S. I work quickly and accurately. And I agree that you shouldn't expect more than two drafts from a professional writer!
