Instagram Influencer/ambassador contacting and managing

VPA is a sports supplement company and we are building our Instagram brand ambassadors. How it works: Step 1: You will find a list of potential ambassadors and send to us. We will choose the appropriate people and send you the list back. Step 2: You will contact the shortlist of ambassadors with a generic message from your personal/business account on behalf of VPA. Step 3: If they are interested in our program you will send them the contract to read a sign. This is all done online with an easy to use software service with prefilled contracts and email templates, you just enter the email address and click send. Step 4: Once they have signed the contract you will get them to send their details to my email (Name, Address, Mobile, Preferred supplements) Step 5: If the ambassador didn't get back to you in step 2, follow up with a secondary Direct Message and a Direct Email. You will have to keep track of all of these contacts in a spreadsheet we will supply, so we know who has been contacted and if they are interested or not. There are two type of ambassadors we are looking for: 1. Talent Ambassador- We get them to send us pictures of themselves in our apparel or using our products to use on our own Instagram page, in return for a few products each month. These individuals will meet the following requirements: -Attractive -Live healthy lifestyle on Instagram -Takes good photos 2. Full Ambassador- We get them to post on their page 2 times per month and weekly on their stories in return for $200 of supplements each month. These individuals will meet the following requirements: -Over 10,000 followers -Below 100,000 followers -good engagement with every post to ensure followers are not fake -Attractive -Live healthy lifestyle on Instagram -Takes good photos If you show you are capable of this process and you are interested, we will pay you extra per month per ambassador signed, to contact them monthly to receive their content and get their monthly supplement order. This is not necessary but available if you are interested.
