Would need to know the location to check building code. Please bear in mind that local engineer might need to sign plans before presenting them to local authorities. I would need further details on project scope (plans, calculation documents, HVAC equipment selection, any specific requirements ect.) I’m an Engineer with lots of experience in calculations and design in 2d AutoCAD (Plant views, building services, HVAC, Fire protection, etc.), 3D drawing in AutoCAD including projections/manufacturing plans, Assembly plans, part list, pipping spool, P&ID, isometric etc. etc. I also work with Siemens Solid Edge, solidworks, Revit MEP. If phone call required (via freelancer web), communication won't be an issue because I was raised in USA (Charlottesville Virginia) so English is my second mother tongue. Documents will be delivered in USA english.
