We are wanting to fractionally distil pump quality diesel from 500 degree C vapour including naptha, kerosene, petrol heavy oil etc. Pretty much your standard petrochemical mix. The volume is not big - total litres of feed stock is around 500L/hr .We don't have much space to do it in but are very open to innovative solutions. If you are an experienced chemical engineer with a flair for innovation then this job is for you. We don't need detailed drawings (unless your good at drafting too!) just calculations, schematics, PFD and hand sketches are all good.

This project was a catalitic converter for recycling plastics. Part of the process is to vaporize the Diesel component and break it down further. I have some p&ids I could share with you.
