The drawings will be used to build a prototype, upon successful tests of the Prototype Motor, payment shall be completed.
The variable/flexible parameters are given below :
1. Power : As per the design requirement
2. No of Poles : As per the design requirement
3. Current : As per the design requirement
4. Outer Casing Maximum Diameter : As per the design requirement
But the parameters listed below need to remain the same :
1. Voltage : 24 Volts
2. Speed : 6000 RPM
3. Torque : Min 4.5 N-m (at 2000 RPM).
4. TYPE : TENV (Totally Enclosed Not Ventilated)
5. Duty : Minimum 3 min running at Max Torque
6. Protection : IP66 and IP69K acc. to DIN 40050.
7. Insulation Class : F (155 deg.C)
8. Direction : Bi-Direction
9. Noise Level : <= 56 Db(At 1m Dist.)
10. Shaft Diameter : 80mm (Negotiable)
