Mobile Programming

Hello I need a programmer to reprogram myself to a program for my cell phone is a Nokia 6700th But I would like it should work with other manufacturers and models. I enclose a small picture of the game is poor quality you can zoom to see it. I can then shoot pictures and show you how they look. When you give bids to write how quickly you can program it.
