Outlook based email system. I'm looking to be able to Generate and/or (emphasis on the and/or) Send email to multiple people. The interface needs to have a title field, body field, header field and recipient field (with a bcc option" The title field will fill in the title part of the outlook email. The body field will fill in the body of the outlook email. The recipient field will fill in the "to" "cc"or "bcc"field of the outlook email. The header field will be just above the body of the message e.g "Dear XXX". Please note that sometimes I send emails with a title only as part of market information sharing to my clients. So not all fields need to be filled to send an email. Some clarifications on generate or send part. The interface you will propose needs to give the option either to send it directly to the recipient I want OR with a click generate a number of outlook email that once generated I can edit before pressing "send". Kindly bid for project only if you have understood 100% and are able to include all above aspects into the interface.
