-Program microcontroler ATMEGA8-16PU
-3 Actuators
-3 HALL sensors input (position of actuators)
Signal is DIGITAL on sensors
- each actuator has end switch on up/low limit
- Soft start on Actuators
- 6 button hand control
3 actuators up/down
Hand control separate from foot control
- 6 button foot control
3 actuators up/down
3 taster preset programmable position
I want to be able to use foot control to be able to adjust position
of actuators, but also i need 3 of the tasters to be double function
when i set up chair in certain position i need to be able to save position on one of the tasters
and later recall it
i need this for 3 out of the 6 tasters
-on power on if needed go to 0 an all 3 motors to establish 0
Chair design is so that when the 1 of the 3 actuators is working, other 2 need to follow it in order not to put a patient in a bad position.
I can provide 3D vector file, where relation in positioning can clearly be seen
I NEED THE PROGRAM TO COMPENSATE FOR THIS if you can not adjust for that, please do not bid
I will consider project to be completed when:
Program file for the micricontroller delivered
and hex
Make sure compensation in position movement of the actuators has been implemented correctly
I will test for this before completing the project
PCB-s are finished, so testing should be fast
(video chat is available for additional corrections)
I will need explanations, and possible help implementing the project
IF YOU CAN'T help skip this one ;)
Please when applying write how long would it take to deliver the project.
If you can not communicate, please skip this project, I had another Freelancer take the project, deliver wrong files, wrong PCB-designs... cost me money, time, and additional resources, and avoided communication with excuse that they were busy.
Attached are microcontroler PCB-files.
One more time HALL sensors are Digital
How r u?Buddy,,,Its me imad,,Have done 200+ projects regarding matlab, arduino, c#, vb.net, rpi, avr, pic and atmega. U will feel brotherhood..................................
Hello sir, I've read the project description and I believe I can implement this on no more than 5 days and we can discuss and other details through chat :)
