We want to deploy a custom thermal sensor board to detect human presence into private house environment. The sensor board have to detect if there is human presence or not into a closed environment and trigger any status change (presence or not presence) to a control board. The sensor will be installed into ceiling so a proper form factor is required. The board must have those features: - Thermopile IR Array Sensor: MLX90640 or Heimann Sensor 32x32d or with equivalent resolution The sensor used must have a large FOV (Field of View) like those suggested - Well known MCU to upload Arduino bootloader and customized firmware: ESP32 - MicroUSB connector for firmware upload and to power the board during development - RS485 for communication with control board - Sensor board design: - Front side with sensor - Back side with MCU, connectors and so . . . - Form factor must be rounded/square to fit into a specific enclosure for ceiling installation - Attached images clarify the form factor We need: - Hardware design with all material needed by a PCB factory for prototype creation - After hardware design support to find a PCB factory and configure an online request to create the first prototype
