Find me Sales Rep!!!

I am looking for a freelancer to help me find sales rep or people that can help me sell touch screen gadgets mainly Mp4 and there is a new touch screen phone that came out with motion sensor that only works in Europe. Your job is to find people that can sell college students or any sales people that can sell to end-users and also find stores that might be interested in selling them They should be : -Youthful minded people with sales and marketing skills if they dont they should know how to target a particular market -Top gun seeking a niche product -Someone offcourse who understand their market and what consumers are willing to buy -Should be able to communicate effectively -Knows different stores that sell electronics The product sells very well in any market i just need to find people that i can build a business relationship and try to sell them while i pay them commision for each sale. Also if the orders go well and they find me more buyers i would be paying bonus depending on the order. We would brainstorm different marketing strategies and i am willing to provide any help regarding advertising and ways we can market the products effectively before the holidays. I would sometimes hold conference calls or talk to them using skype so they should have some way to communicate email can work as well but it would be nice to talk to them once a week. Below are the countries i am trying to target if you think you would be able to find atleast 3 per country it would be great. Mainly they should be located in a big city like a capital of a country where the market is big enough to sell the players. You can use all kinds of ways to find sales people some of them would be nice if they going to college since the product can sell well to teens or students. You can use craigslist, forums, social networking sites or any other method that would be effective. If you are in Europe the better since it would be a little easier.
