Hello, I can design a schematic and make PCB layout for your device with single cell 3.7V Li Ion battery charger. It will have three SMD ICs, some resistors and connectors as needed. We should decide on battery size and LEDs you plan to use for flashlight. Delivery will be full schematic and PCB layout (gerber) files.

I can do the layout design task in Eagle or Zuken with no issue. I can convert schematic files fron other CAD tool by myself.
