You will need to create full online store with content Management system (CMS) We will need to add a fully comprehensive member area where shoppers can login and track order progress, see current orders etc. every option to make their shopping a fun hassle free experience. We need postage calculators the works. This is a commercial venture and needs to look corporate. My greatest concern is making the content management system easy so scrapers can grab the products and easily assign to the relevant categories. This will be done over 3 to 5 weeks and 5 milestones. I will create a milestone and release once each stage is completed and saved to my domain. So for the first stage I will create a milestone and on completion release. You will then update website to domain. The next milestone will then be created and once again released upon completion of the second stage. Once released you will again update on the domain. So you host and after each payment then upgrade at main site (copy) This is how I work in milestones and stages. Stage 1 milestone 1 week 1 (this1st milestone needs to be done almost immediately within 24 to 48 hours) Clone site and take complete design all links pages etc. upload to your own host to work on project remember this includes all images, logos, slides 100% everything buttons links you name it everything on the current design all pages copied every single link. Stage 2 milestone 2 week 2 Create the member/shopper my account area and login etc. for shoppers Stage 3 milestone 3 week 3 Create the content management system this needs to be customised so we can rip products from websites and copy these to the relevant categories so could be tricky. Maybe we can tweak magneto etc.? The entire back area where we manage products, members, newsletters etc. is being created now. Also upload some test products just a few for testing. Stage 4 milestone 4 week 4 Create and link shopping carts, postage calculators, shipping etc. have the site fully functional all the previous stages linked and the site ready to go live Stage 5 milestone 5 week 5 Testing everything fixing bugs having everything perfect so scrapers can simply add the products and enter into correct categories. That’s the project After each milestone is released you will also update your work to my domain Tell me what you can do if you can do in 3 weeks awesome but 5 weeks is the deadline and the 1t stage needs to happen within 24 to 48 hours of being selected even on this holiday weekend.
