SixBit eBay assistance - template - READ BEFORE APPLY!

I am having problems with my template on sixbit. please see pictures attached. when I create a template and name the template "DVD" and then go ahead and add items via a barcode scanner the items name changes to "DVD" , I'm sure this is a simple fix. you will not get access to the account, I just need you to talk me through how to stop this from happening! please do not apply if you do not know a fix for this. I can't find anything online or in forums so you either know what the problem is or you don't thanks!
