Drupal Website Google Webtools issue - Fixing LCP (Mobile) > 2.5s

Google Webtools reports that a number of URL issues for our Drupal website as "LCP issue: longer than 2.5s (mobile)". I do not believe this is an underlying hosting problem, but rather is related to our Drupal installation.
Firstly we would like to know if this is something that we can easily tune with standard Drupal functionality to eliminate this issue, or if there is something in the content pages we need to amend to rectify. We would like to continue taking standard Drupal upgrades without causing a re-occurance.
