1. Create windows service app in C# .NET which will periodically extract pictures from a MSSQL server database. I can provide the database. The table consists of Product Id and its picture.
Frequency of service execution, SQL server instance name, username and pass (for connection string for accessing the database) should be parameters in the app config file. App Config file should also have a parameter for API address so that it knows which service it calls to send the pictures (described under 2).
2. Create an ASP.NET Web API REST service that the service app described under 1. should call sending the pictures one by one. Each picture should be stored on the HDD (if it doesn't already exist) after import with the reference of it and time of import in another MSSQL server database so that it can be accessed afterwards from a MVC .NET application. For example when calling this API, pictures exported with the service app described under 1. for Product with Id TEST001 should be placed on C:\DBName\TEST001\[login to view URL], C:\DBName\TEST001\[login to view URL] etc. The pictures are saved only if TEST001 exists in the table of Products in the database this API is connected to.
3. Create an ASP.NET Web API REST service that will export the pictures saved on HDD per request that contains DBName and ProductId as parameters.
