I need an online repository system built. This would be similar to a google drive, box etc, however a key difference is that it would be specificaly for storing contracts. Today companies across the world have hundreds of contracts with customers, suppliers, partners, resellers and more. In most cases these contracts are stored haphazardly, in different locations, such as Sharepoint, google drive, laptop folder etc. This makes it very difficult to find contracts when they are needed. Also you cannot keep track of contracts, such as those that are due to expire its term. My project envisions a centralised contract repository, where companies can store all their contracts. It should be easy to use and navigate. For example, you should be able to create a folder structure like in Windows explorer. So you can have a folder for vendor, a folder for customers etc. Within each folder ther should be alphabetical folders and so on. There are many other features that would be similar to a google drive such as upload capability, search capability etc. Detailed requirements will be shared once project begins.
