I need a system that enables me to drop a PDF and upload it to the cloud (Azure). The PDF is analysed through Machine Learning to extract specific elements of the PDF. The ML ensures that the system can adapt to different PDF designs whilst still getting the correct elements. Extracted elements are stored to a Azure Db.

Are you able to share few samples of PDF docs that you are looking to get parsed and extract info from - what elements in these sample PDF docs would you like extracted and stored in the DB? We can use Azure Files to store pdf and then run worker job to extract data to store into a db. on top of that db we can use Azure machine learning or power-bi( according to requirement) to perform analysis. The we can create one more Web application to visualize it.

I am a deep learning expert. I think I should do it using tensorflow or caffe.. Including R-CNN, F-CNN models, we could use many hybrid models for extraction of items from your pdf. we have to train so many informations to extract correctly from pdfs what you want. I could do at all completely. At first, we have to prepare big data for correct prediction and extraction from pdfs. I have to study text mining and image extractions for big data making and train bit data for correct prediction... of course, I have to analyze the text's sentimental meanings too. Best regards.
