Delphi developer for Dental software / EHR / Healthcare Solutions

We are planning to hire some more freelancers to work on parts of our software solutions for dentists. The software is made with Embarcadero Delphi using FireBird SQL and runs on Windows in a Citrix environment. Today there are maximum 300-400 concurrent users connected to the same database, but the amount of concurrent users will probably increase a lot in the future. The software consists of a main application and several services that get and send data in addition to some other standalone projects/apps. We typically plan smaller standalone projects which freelancers can work on which we later integrate into our main project so that you can work locally on your own pc without all the component-packages we use in the main-project. This also means you don't need to have experience about FirebirdSQL f.ex., you can use your preferred database even if it probably will be converted to FirebirdSQL in the main project. Future projects will involve Database-related projects with statistics, charting and reports, dashboard functionality, patient communication/messaging projects (sms, email, etc), REST-integrations, Clients for Web Services, Azure Service Bus-integrations, GIS and mapping projects, FHIR, JSON, JWT, AMQP-solutions and XML-related projects. Our main software is still compiled with Delphi Seattle, but smaller projects are made with the latest version of Delphi or the version the freelancer prefers to use. The plan is to get all projects up and running on the latest version of Delphi in the future. We use Firebird 2.5 but are also looking into upgrading to Firebird 3. We use Git(GitKraken, Sourcetree, etc) and bitbucket as our revision control system. Some of the component packs in use/considered used: TMS Component pack, ImageEn/IEVision, RichView, [login to view URL], Fastreport, RemObjects SDK for Delphi, DevExpress VCL, Debenu PDF library, madExcept, IBX, FireDac, CartoVCL, Devart IBDac, nsoftware, CEF4Delphi, Delphi-JOSE-JWT. We also have some other projects for iOS and Android where we have used the FireMonkey framework so freelancers with knowlegde in app-development can also apply. If you have worked on healthcare software systems earlier, or other interesting windows desktop applications, this would be interesting to hear more about, but we will consider all freelancers regardless of what you have worked on previously. Some knowlegde about .net and/or c# is also good as we also work with exampleprojects made in other languages than delphi.
