I require an existing component to be modified to support transparency.
The component is a marquee, scrolling text/HTML. I need it to be support a transparent background so it can be placed on top of a TImage (for example) and show the background underneath any text or HTML content.
If HTML is not able to be supported, I am willing to accept this functionality for text only.
