Extract data from a 2012 Phonebook DVD Database -- 2

I have databases from an old CD containing an online phone book. Overall, there is 1.14GB of data in 43 files. These files are in ".dbf" format on the dvd, but in reality I think they are .mdb files and each such file is password protected. I have managed to open the database, but there there are some important information like name and phone that are encrypted. I want all the information on the disk exported to a friendly format (Excel) and for each phone number I am interested in location, name and additional information that can be found in database. If you manage to extract the info from the attached file and provide proof in this regard that I can verify, you will manage to extract them all and we can have a deal. Let me know if I can provide additional information This project is completed when all the information from the 43 database files is exported in 43 excel/csv files. If the files are too large, they can be split in order for them to be easily opened in Microsoft Excel. Thanks
