Web Research MSDS/SDS Documents And Data Entry
We require one person who can complete requests for MSDS/SDS documents for a CONTINUOUS PROJECT.
Your bid is a fixed cost per month for up to 100 documents each month. You will be paid an additional $0.25 usd per document if there are more than 100 documents.
1. Once per week, you will process requests for MSDS/SDS documents that are sent to the project email address.
2. You will receive either a request to find an MSDS/SDS document, or you will be provided with the document.
3. When you receive a request to find a MSDS/SDS document, you will first search for the PDF document on the company’s website, and if you cannot find the MSDS/SDS, then you will look for other sources.
4. Once you have the document, you will copy and paste the following information into the following three fields:
Product Name is entered into the Title field
Company Name is entered into the Author field
Date is entered into the Subject field
You can enter the information into these field by downloading a free software called: Autometadata, found at [login to view URL], or by clickin on ctrl-D in the full version of Adobe Acrobat.
5. You will rename the file to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc, where xxxxxx is the date (such as [login to view URL], for a file created on February 8th, 2020).
6. You will email one copy of the msds to the person who requested it, and one copy to me.
You will receive requests that look like this:
1st Product Name: Equate 826 Moisturizing Aloe Hand Sanitizer
1st Company Name: Vi-Jon
2nd Product Name (if applicable):
2nd Company Name (if applicable):
3rd Product Name (if applicable):
3rd Company Name (if applicable):
For this request, you will google search “Equate 826 sds”
For this project, you will need to look up and complete the following three requests:
1st Product Name: Dentsply Celtra
1st Company Name: Dentsply (Australia) Pty Ltd
2nd Product Name (if applicable): Fluorescent Cad Spray Glaze,
Non-flammable Propellant Spray Glaze
2nd Company Name (if applicable): Enamelite LLC
3rd Product Name (if applicable): GLIDE FLOSS: REGULAR (UNFLAVORED)
AND MINT FLAVOR
3rd Company Name (if applicable): W. L. Gore & Associates, Inc.
This test is required with your bid. You may either find the MSDS SDS on the company site or another site.
Attached to this project is a sample of a completed MSDS/SDS for Lysol.
Compliance Publishing has completed more than 150 Freelancer projects.
Monthly amounts will be kept in Freelancer escrow
