The Office Administrator will work toward coordinating office operations, activities, reporting and various support functions to ensure efficient workflows and functionality that is compliant with company policies. They will also be asked to contribute as a productive team member by the execution of all policies, procedures, and job duties. The Office Administrator will report to the Director of Operations. Essential functions/responsibilities: • Manage travel arrangements and travel policies for staff • Track stock of office/warehouse supplies, place orders when necessary, and track all ordered inventory. Assess the environment to secure the best possible pricing. • Filing and keeping up with supply of all printed materials for day to day operations • Clerical Human Resources duties which can include: o Set up and conduct interviews and hiring/firing of personnel o Tracking staff absences o Track compensation, promotions, merit increases, bonuses o Track performance reviews o Schedule and track all training for new and existing employees, train new and existing employees on computer and paperwork related items o Update and track items in employee binders • Budget and schedule office events/outings • Management of office/warehouse equipment and schedule repairs/maintenance when necessary • Management of service items as it related to company vehicles (establish maintenance schedule) and schedule maintenance/repairs when necessary • Keep up with OSHA and industry specific requirements • Track all per diem hours and provide to CEO Assist Senior Management with various projects related to functional areas • Assist Client Services staff with quotes for shipping • Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiency and effectiveness • Other duties as assigned Position Dimensions: • Associate's Degree or higher in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience • Extremely strong organizational skills • Strong project management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines. • Strong computer skills including WORD, EXCEL, and Adobe mandatory. • Proven ability to work with colleagues in a friendly and constructive manner • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
