Virtual Assistant (Lisbon, Portugal)

I need a virtual assistant based in Lisbon, Portugal (and it's suburbs) who will help me with setting up appointments (from time to time), do a lot of business research, etc. This specific work shall include a fiduciary responsibility and specifically I need someone who could perform due diligence/research on whether it's more feasible to expand our business and put up a branch of our corporation from Asia/UK or build a new corporation/company within Lisbon or Portugal. Example: I need a comparison on the capital needed (in both former and latter cases as mentioned above) The steps needed to incorporate in Portugal The tax exemptions (if there are any) The pros and cons if they are putting it up here The pros and cons if they are putting up a branch here In essence, I need to know if it's easier, cheaper and more feasible for us to start from scratch and start our own company here in Portugal or to have a branch here from our own parent company. In order for me to analyse the feasibility of this project. I need to back my decision with real life data, extensive research and of course from the virtual assistant's personal experience.
