We are searching for a highly efficient virtual assistant to help manage our customer service & delivery business. This will be a part time job - 2pm - 6pm daily China time. You will be responsible to: - Converse with customer service in English to gather information on support required. It could be to update an address in the order or to help check if all the products are shipped correctly. - Converse with our fulfillment company in Chinese on feedback from customer service as well as follow up on delivery status of incoming inventory. Tools used are: - excel worksheets (google excel) - our inventory system - [Removed by Freelancer.com Admin for offsiting - please see Section 13 of our Terms and Conditions] for communications Training will be provided to ensure that you are most equipped to succeed in the job.
