Hello, Yes, it is possible but with some constrains. Your data must be put in some restrict styles and places in order for formulas to work because Excel formulas work base on cell positions. If you want to change the positions of your data block then you must understand the formulas to make corresponding changes. I had done some works on your file and it seem very promising. Yes - it is possible by using formula - However some sets of data will return blank Example: Ref 4 Match1 Ref 4 Ref 4 Thats the only way without using some automated manipulation
