Hi.
We are developing a app that will auto collect public information like address and name based on mobile number. - There is public register available, but we do not want to depend on internet connection to get data in the point of register.
For stability and speed we need to store the data in our own local database
For this reason we need someone to make and run a robot/spider to collect the data from the public register. We expect the register to have limited allowed connections each hour, so the robot have to be clever and take breaks, or speed down so it is not getting blocked.
All mobile numbers starts with given digits in our location, and there is about 15 combinations for the first two digits that the robots must use as criteria for search. - and it must check every possible number in every combination.
We will need the data as a file we can import to excel
We are not sure how the best way to make spider like this, and we are open for suggestions thru chat.
