Online Content Editor (Remote Contractor)

We are currently looking for a remotely based contractor who will become part of a team of remote Data Entry Agents responsible for making sure that the restaurants we serve have their menus prepared and maintained. The successful candidate for this role will be an extremely smart high achiever. They will have an excellent eye for detail and will be able to work on several data-sensitive projects in a timely manner. They will be part of the Flipdish team that makes sure our clients menus are created on time and flawlessly.
Main Duties:
• Setting up new menus for clients on an internal platform
• Updating and changing existing menus as per clients' requests
• Working on resolving issues and requests coming in from clients as Zendesk tickets
• Communicating with team members within the company for help with issues not related to menu changes
• Communicating directly with clients by email (no phone)
THIS IS AN ONGOING ASSIGNMENT FOR A CONTRACTOR WILLING TO WORK 40HRS/WEEK WEDNESDAY TO SUNDAY. THEY WILL NEED TO WORK FROM HOME AND REPORT TO A MANAGER BASED IN IRELAND
