Need to apply and collect transcript from WBUT

The person needs to visit WBUT and perform the below steps to get a transcript: 1. Collect the challan and transcript application form from India bank ( beside the university). Print and fill before you go to university.( sample filed scanned copy of the form will be provided) 2. Fill the form at WBUT. 3. Print 2 passport size photographs before going to WBUT office( scanned soft copy of photograph will be sent in an email). 4. Carry attested copy of your marksheets( will be shared) 5. Each copy of transcript cost 500 rupees. 4 copies required, 2000 INR will be transferred for this. Fill both the forms, attach photo and go to university building. Go to room 111 for verification. University official will verify both the forms and your attested mark sheet photo copies,then you need to go to finance section(room 107). Once they sign then again head back to bank. Go to cash counter, show the challan and pay the amount. Once that is done again head back to university room 111 and submit the form. They will return you receipt keep it safe. You will need to collect the transcript. It will take 21 working days for the transcript to be ready. Courier the 4 copies of transcript to Behala , Kolkata -63.
