Data Mining Project With Captcha- MUST HAVE THE RELEVANT SKILLS

Please read the description thoroughly I am looking for a data mining expert with at least 5 years of experience and must be able to work around security captcha. Also must speak English and have access to Skype because if this is done correctly this will be a continuous project throughout the whole year. We are law researchers that are going to court websites to pull off public information on court cases. This is all information that is available to the public but we need to aggregate it all in one place. This project is a test and we are starting with one site but eventually we will hire for hundreds of sites. We need to mine every single index number in the system and get the following information Index Number Court Year Filed Case Status Plaintiff First Plaintiff Firm Defendant First Defendant Firm Appearance Date Justice Case Type Please only do this if you can create a crawler or automatic process.
