Administered Calgary YMCA employee engagement survey in which over 400 employees participated. Do-analyzed the data, prepared a report for executives. Spearheaded the HR Ideas Committee that had a mandate of finding solutions to the needs improvement areas of the survey. The outcome was accomplished with all suggestions implemented
A SR HR Advisor requested my assistance to provide support with a pay equity plan to ensure compliance with legislation in Ontario. I reviewed the plan online to better assist the Advisor. My contribution was creating Job Classes fact sheets and entering them into spreadsheets and compare job-to-job
