I am interested in working for you at this project due to my prior work experience in the same field.
I am specialised in helping people via phone and electronic correspondence in matters of software issues, hardware connectivity and further implications of computer and other hardware usage even if the person on the other line is not a computer-literate or is not that cooperant.
In my past experience I worked as a Help-Desk agent in a local company in my city where I had to deal with daily software troubleshooting, incentive inquiries, shipment time-tables etc. on a daily basis via telephone and electronic correspondence (email and sms).
I was advanced to Panel Support Services USA Specialist (Team Leader) in the same department after 9 months of activity a a Help-Desk Agent. My responsibilities took another grade therefore I had to deal with complex troubleshooting situations, I had to compose daily reports for my higher-ups, I was responsible with the mentorship of new employees and I developed my critical thinking by anticipating issues that my occur and analysing daily/weekly trends, providing problem-solving thinking, solutions and work-arounds.
