45877 list build and qualify (S)

Hi further to PMB 1) Building the list: going through UK business and property directory sites (below) to get as many letting agent businesses in a given UK postcode area and getting as much information about each business as possible. 2)Qualifying the list: visiting each businesses website and confirming the basic information is correct from their or by emailing or by calling if necessary The information we require should be delivered in the excel doc enclosed Not that fussed if you cantget or confirm a fax number but confirmation of phone number, address, at least one valid email address, websiteURL (if they have one) and a contact name, and dhow many properties they have are essential for us to consider the listing qualified The website directories to check to build the list from are as follows [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (under find an Agent section- need to be careful not to include private landlords) [login to view URL] ( need to seach by town rather than postcode and will need to put in that they are an Arla member) Also you may need to use google etc to find a specific agents website if it is not listed on a directory. Area: I'm giving you Postcode "S" which is the sheffield area we estimate that there will be 100-200 listings in this area Payment: as detailed we will pay only for a qualified listing- our sales and marketing guys are going in behind this excersise so we will end up wasting a lot of time and money if we send our guys and literature to duff listings To create a regular income flow for you we will release you A post code at a time "S being the first and will check the results you send us against the directories to check you have included all the agents and we will send a test email to them to check that the email details are correct. And pay you. As we have a lot of areas to cover we may well accept bids from more than one person and spread the work around. in total there are 12,000-15,000 agents in the uk so this project is worth a lot over time. I'm interested to see how long it takes you- can we give you a week on this first post code see if you can get it cracked by then? Have a good check through the excel sheet so you fully understand - there are about 20 qualified leads in their as a reference (albiet not many with number of properties available which is important. If you need to call I've found this works but adapt to your own style. "Hi can you tell me how many properties you have available at the moment? and do you have a website with them on? is there an email adress for your office? and can you tell me who is in charge of your lettings department?" if they ask why you can explain that you are helping build a direcotry of letting agents in the uk and we'd like their details to write to them and see if they would like to be included.
