Director of Customer Success Wanted

We are looking for a director of customer success to take both our current and prospective customer experience to stratospheric levels. There will be a probation period of 1 month where hours will be low for training and transitioning purposes and has the potential to be full-time position as our budding company grows. Applicants must: - fluently speak, read, and write English - be available a minimum 4 hours Eastern Standard Time (EST/New York) - Must be willing and comfortable to speak on the phone with clients - Must have a heart to empathize with our current & prospective clients - Must work well within a team environment - Must communicate well via email - And most importantly willing and ready to learn Preferred Qualifications - web research - proof reading - conflict resolution Please submit a DISC test (the free version works fine) along with why you feel you’d be the best fit for the position.
