I am a native speaker in both languages, Spanish and English. I lived in the United States for 25 years. I am a perfect fit for this job because I am a fast typer and a fast learner. I can type up to 60 wpm. I have worked as a bilingual customer service agent for fifteen years of which 8 of those years were in call centers, for 2 years I provided customer service as a part of Walmart's email team helping customers solving issues with their online orders. Then, I was transferred to the Virgen Mobile voice campaign and once the Virgen mobile campaign closed, I was transferred to the email and chat team of Toys R Us, since they saw my commitment and great people skills. I have also worked for Target´s chat team, as well. I have dealt with angry customers that ended up to be very pleased with the job I provided. My job is my first priority. I take it very seriously.
