Custom Theme for Wordpress

Wordpress theme to create: 1) Free theme and not the child of another theme (theme name DADINI THEME) 2) It must not require the installation of additional plugins to ensure the features required in the list below 3) Fully responsive theme (in the case of access from a smartphone, the contents are placed vertically starting from left to right for each row SECTIONS OF THE HOMEPAGE A background image or background color must be selectable both for the entire page and for each section Through the Appearance  Customize section, each of the following sections must be manageable (they must also be activated / deactivated and sorted vertically In all sections containing text and links, the link is always in bold The font and color of the text must be selectable for all sections 1) Area 1 - NOTICE: contains a notice text and a link (both or only one may be present). If disabled, the section scrolls up the entire home page 2) Area 2 - HEADER: contains a logo image at the top left, a menu on the same line and on the right, followed by 4 icons (cart, retailer geolocation, search, whatsapp chat). The background consists of an image and superimposed text (with links). The slideshow function with multiple images (with texts and links and associated) must be managed with both automatic and click scrolling. In the case of vertical scrolling of the page, the menu with logo and right bar remain fixed at the top only with the colored background. With the mouse hover, each menu is completely exploded in a grid (and not vertically for each level) with a background that guarantees readability and the possibility of inserting an image on the right side (example website [login to view URL] and mouse hover on "BRACELETS AND CHARM" menu). This menu layout is valid only for viewing on a PC (not on smartphones where the classic explosion of vertical menus is used) 3) Area 3 - BLOCK 1 HIGHLIGHTS - It is divided in half: on the left an image (yes / no) with overlapping text and links (yes / no). In the absence of the image, this block remains empty (50% width) only with the page background. The left half contains 6 images (the block comes out a few pixels above the section). Each image and the link which can be accessed with a click must be individually selectable (it is also possible to insert multiple images in succession such as slideshow) 4) Area 4 - BLOCK 2 HIGHLIGHTS - Contains an image (approximately 3/5 of the line) on the left and a text box + link on the right 5) Area 5 - MAIN GALLERY - It is a slideshow with three positions (if there are more elements scroll horizontally by selecting the automatic or manual mode). For each position, the image and a text box + link with a transparent background must be entered. 6) Area 6 - SLIDESHOW - (similar to section 2 but without logo, menu and cart menu) The background consists of an image and overlaid text (with link). The slideshow function with multiple images (with texts and links and associated) must be managed with both automatic and click scrolling. 7) Area 7 - SHOP GALLERY - Contains a preview of the objects in the catalog (photograph, description, price) that can be clicked for the details of each (please refer to the shop for the specific item that can be added to the cart). From the management software, the possibility of choosing ordering and ticking the categories and tags of the objects to be shown in this gallery must be activated. 8) Area 8 - SEARCH AND NEWSLETTER - On the left side there is the "search" bar (in the site and in the products) in the right part the field to subscribe to the site newsletter. 9) Area 9 - FOOTER - There are 5 sections (widgets) where it is possible to insert menus or other.
