REST API Coder Needed - Insightly CRM to AroFlo Job Management Software

We are using Insightly CRM and AroFlo Job Management software. Both use REST API.
We need our CRM and job management software to have bi-directional comm & updates to prevent 'double data entry'

When sending a quote from AroFlo it updates the CRM and sets followup etc
