We have a kind of computer mouse. Our customer wants us to create a USB driver and API for easy communication. For example, they want to ask the mouse "are you available" and the API will reply Yes or No. If yes, the customer will send some other commands. Very simple actually, but we don't know how to do this type of programming. We don't even know the terminology so that we can discuss with you better
