Dear Client, I am a fulltime software developer and architect, recently joined Freelancers. I have gone through the requirement and understood. I think I have the required skills for this job. In a similar project, I developed a desktop screen mirroring solution for ubuntu. The entire backend developed in C++, it captures screen, encodes into mjpeg and stream. The client was a basic web app developed in html5/javascript. It has a latency of 200ms to 400ms. I can provide a working prototype as a free evaluation version for Windows host in 2-4 days. For this project, with certain assumptions, i offer following deliverables: 1. Backend remote desktop solution developed in C++ for Windows. 2. Basic client app developed in React.js 3. Detailed instruction for building, deploying and testing the solution. For compression, i can provide H264 in place of MJPEG with slightly higher latency and lower bitrate. Specially for windows host, i can bring down the glass-to-glass latency under 100 milliseconds using MF hardware acceleration.
