Hire an Unreal Engine 4 Expert for game re-imagining

Hello, I would like to see if anybody could provide me a quote on service and time-frame. I am looking to have a very old school games custom scenario re-imagined into Unreal Engine 4 and the source project provided to me. I am not looking for a rip, as this will be for personal play. Budget is set to random values as I am quite keen on getting interest on costs. I am an avid gamer and I often play this solo, even though it is a multiplayer based mode. I am also interested in the creation of AI for the spots of other players within this mode, however that is a post-project interest. I am looking mostly for level design, setup and creation so that I may customise it at will. The custom scenario is much similar to an RTS game, with options of building structures and spells etc. It is fantasy based, and would contain upto 12 characters, with options of workers under those characters. It would be a single map, manually created. This would be a top-down RTS also, and I am just looking to revive a childhood gem. Thanks
