Config files for Arma 3 custom server (Game modification)

Looking for somebody to do some config programming for our Arma 3 server project. The technical specs of the assignment are as follows: Written in c++ 86 total runs with 4 config files for each, a license to be created and linked 86 x 4 = 344 config entries with roughly 6 parameters per each one + 1 license per each one with 3 parameters total = 430 config entries We would like this done ASAP, 3 days would be ideal.
