I need some help with writing a contract. I need a contract compliant with uk law that is suitable for use by a consultancy company that provides support in Food hygiene to food businesses (in the form of model policy documents, hygiene inspections and answering queries). The contract would need to clearly state that the service provided is advisory, and liability rests with the client. I suspect there is probably a typical consultancy contract template out there so this may nit even need any bespoke work, other than providing a basic consultancy contract template. Thanks.
