I have a imageClass MF229dw Printer/Scanner. The printer works fine. The scanner stopped working all of the sudden. It uses MF ToolBobx to scan.

However I am now getting this error message.

"There is no scanner selected. Please select a scanner."

However I do have the scanner selected. See attachments.

Sometimes it also says "Cannot communicate with the scanner. The cable may be disconnected, or the scanner may be turned off.

Check the scanner status and try again."
