A simple form, that can read through the subdirectories of a folder and list them in a left frame/pane hyperlinked. When clicking on that link, it needs to display the file content of that folder in the right pane and hyperlink the files. When clicking any of the files, it simply needs to open the file with the default program. So basically an ultra simple file explorer. This must be in Delphi and source code and comments are required.
